We're proud to announce our partnership with local charity Cheshire Connect to encourage closer collaboration between businesses and charities.

We'll be supporting Cheshire Connect in raising awareness of the organisation, which matches relevant skills and expertise from the business community to resource that is much needed within the charity sector.

Skills offered by businesses include financial forecasting, website development, HR advice and marketing either for short term projects or on a longer term basis.

As the charity continues to grow, Roland Dransfield will assist with PR, content and social media strategy on a pro bono basis to ensure the charity’s message is as far reaching as possible and encourages others to connect.

Established in 2011 by David Briggs, the Lord Lieutenant of Cheshire, Cheshire Connect is managed by CEO Donna Okell and Mark Ellis, chairman of Ellis Whittam.

The charity has a team of eight business connectors, each of whom spends time developing knowledge of their community and understanding its needs.

They build strong relationships with charities, businesses and other partners to create opportunities which match generous offers of free business skills and expertise to the needs of charities.

We're delighted to be supporting Cheshire Connect in creating a truly collaborative network of businesses and charities.

We are hugely excited about this collaboration and pleased we’re able to use our PR, marketing and digital marketing skills to increase awareness of Cheshire Connect’s superb work

We'd encourage any business within the Cheshire area to engage with Cheshire Connect. Sharing your business expertise, skills and experience costs nothing, but can really be of tremendous benefit to a local charity who may be lacking in those key areas.

If you're in a charity in the Cheshire area looking to help improve efficiency or solve a problem, or are part of a business looking to give back to the community, look no further than Cheshire Connect.
